We met Gold Coast Homes when they were three First National offices and were looking to rebrand into a new four office boutique chain. We worked through some previous case studies with them where we had rebranded franchise agencies into boutique agencies.

The directors of Gold Coast Homes chose a fresh and powerful look with strong colour choices reflecting the Gold Coast marketplace. The new brand has proven so strong the website has been reworked for a second time recently as their market share expands.

Market research revealed that many visitors to the website were coming back each week to see the new listings and to enhance these peoples experience we developed an automated system for displaying new listings. The most visited regions of the website were given massive prominence on the front page of the site to get people where they wanted to be as quickly as possible.

The website has grown from 42 visitors per day to now more than 550 people visiting it each day - that’s one every 2.6 minutes or a 1300% increase in traffic in less than 2 years.
